DESCRIPTION: |
| SUPERIOR JOINT
SEAL-RAPID SET is a two component, 100% solids, equal
volume, elastic type epoxy. SUPERIOR JOINT SEAL-RAPID
SET is formulated for quick cure at ambient temperature
or overnight cure a temperatures as low as 35 deg F.
SUPERIOR JOINT SEAL-RAPID SET is a soft thixotropic gel
which is packaged in 22 oz. side by side dispensing
cartridges. |

saw-cut control joints.

SURFACE
PREPARATION: |
| Area must be clean and
dry. Saw-cuts shall be blown clean and dry with
compressed air to remove all excess moisture and debris. |
|
MIXING
AND APPLICATION: |
|
Remove top caps and
attach mixing nozzle and retaining nut. Discard first
2-3" of material from nozzle until color is uniform. If
using an air gun, do not allow air pressure to exceed 65
psi. Immediately after filling joint, strike off excess
material flush with surface. For neat application, tape
both sides of joints and grooves with masking tape.
Remove all tape, and clean spills and tools immediately
upon completion of installation.
If mixing other than
dispensing cartridges, mix equal volumes of part A with
part B. Mix thoroughly until the color is uniform, with
no streaks in evidence. Be sure to scrape the sides and
bottom of the mixing container. Use immediately as
working life is very short. |

LIMITATIONS: |
| Do NOT apply when
temperature is below 35°F.
Do NOT apply to latex
modified mortar or concrete. |

CLEAN
UP: |
| Clean tools and
equipment immediately with a suitable solvent such as
xylene or lacquer thinner. |
|
PACKAGING: |
|
22 oz. side by side
dispensing cartridges. Other packaging available upon
request. |

CAUTION: |
| For professional use
only. Epoxy systems can cause delayed dermatitis. Avoid
prolonged contact with skin. See Material Safety Data
