Superior Epoxies & Coatings, Inc. has introduced SUPERIOR PATCH-SL. SUPERIOR PATCH-SL is a self-leveling, no troweling necessary, just mix and pour, 3 component, easy to apply Epoxy system for patching spalls, filling cracks, non-moving joints and resurfacing. SUPERIOR PATCH-SL is low odor, non-shrinking, 100% solids, free of VOC, chemical and abrasion resistant. Available in natural color, medium gray and tile red. Other colors are available on special order.

NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT
- TSR-161
Superior Epoxies & Coatings, Inc. has introduced SUPERIOR
TSR-161, a three component, self leveling, water based
Epoxy/Portland cement slurry. SUPERIOR TSR-161 produces a hard
wearing surface that is moisture tolerant, chemical resistant,
and thermal shock resistant. SUPERIOR TSR 161 is a lower odor,
easier to apply, replacement for Urethane Mortars used in areas
subjected to frequent high temperature washing such as food and
chemical processing, slaughterhouses etc... |

NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT
- Superior Security sealant

SUPERIOR EPOXIES & COATINGS, INC, has introduced SUPERIOR
SECURITY SEALANT, a 100% solids, semi-rigid two component epoxy
gel for security caulking. SUPERIOR SECURITY SEALANT is hard and
pick resistant, but has 20% elongation with some movement
capability. With an easy 1:1 by volume mix ratio, SUPERIOR
SECURITY SEALANT is available in 2 gallon and 10 gallon units,
or in convenient dual 300 ml cartridges. SUPERIOR SECURITY
SEALANT is available in standard, with a 40 minute pot life for
hand mix and application and rapid, with faster set time and
application by meter mix or side by side cartridges .
Standard colors are white and gray.

NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT
- Superior
VRC-158-1

SUPERIOR VRC-158-1 is a two component, 100% solids
epoxy coating specially formulated to reduce moisture vapor
transmission that causes adhesion problems of most resin-based
systems. SUPERIOR VRC-158-1 is primarily used as a primer or
base coat to reduce moisture vapor transmission to levels that
will allow application of 100% solids, non-permeable coatings
and other floor coverings. SUPERIO VRC-158-1 has low odor, is
not PH sensitive and may be applied to concrete surface 7 days
old.

NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT
- Superior Safety Etch
SUPERIOR SAFETY ETCH is a concrete etch compound specially
designed to provide a surface profile on green and old
concrete. SUPERIOR SAFETY ETCH has 80% less odor and is safer
for use than Muriatic acid. Being a gel, a more uniform etch is
obtained than with liquid etch materials. Residue is easily
removed by rinsing with water. SUPERIOR SAFETY ETCH is
available in 1 gallon & 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.

- Superior Cove Kit
SUPERIOR
COVE KIT has been developed as a companion product to
SUPERIOR SUPERTOP for easy application of coves at
floor-wall joints. SUPERIOR COVE KIT is a structural epoxy
mortar for vertical application to produce a sanitary
perimeter seal.
SUPERIOR
COVE KITS are packaged in pre-measured kits to cover 35
lineal feet @ 4” vertical, 2’ HORIZONTAL @ 1/8”.

Superior Gloss Decorates Showroom Floors

At the request of Jack Gardo, Greenville Terrazzo Co., Inc.,
SUPERIOR GLOSS, 100% solids, epoxy floor coating was matched,
within 24 hours, to a special bright red color that was applied
to a tire showroom in South Carolina. SUPERIOR GLOSS in black
and white completed the floors. The floor turned out so successfully,
Jack says he will have four more to do soon.
