DESCRIPTION: |

SUPERIOR SECURITY SEALANT
is a 100% solids, semi-rigid, two component epoxy gel
for security caulking. SUPERIOR SECURITY SEALANT
may be applied in layers up to one half inch thick. |

GRADES AND
TYPES: |

Standard, for hand mix and
application. 40 minute pot life.

and application by meter mix or side by side cartridges

SURFACE
PREPARATION: |
|
Area must be clean and dry.
Saw-cuts shall be blown clean and dry with compressed
air to remove all excess moisture and debris. |
|
MIXING
AND APPLICATION: |
|
Mix equal volumes of Part A and
Part B. Mix thoroughly until the color is uniform
with no streaks in evidence. Be sure to scrape the
sides and bottom of the mixing pail. In joints up
to 1/2 inch wide, the depth should be equal to the
width. In joints wider than 1/2 inch, the depth
should be maintained at 1/2 inch. The width or
depth of the joint should not be less than 1/4 inch.
For neat and easy application, tape both sides of joints
and grooves with masking tape. Apply SUPERIOR
SECURITY SEALANT with conventional caulking gun,
dispensing equipment, disposable dispenser,, or by hand
with a spatula. In vertical joints, tooling is
necessary to eliminate air bubbles and to give a
desirable concave appearance. Remove all tape and
clean spills and tools immediately upon completion of
installation. |

LIMITATIONS: |
|
Do NOT apply when
temperature is below 50°F.
Do NOT apply to latex
modified mortar or concrete.
Should not be applied
when concrete is less than 5 days old. |

CLEAN
UP: |
|
Clean tools and equipment
immediately with a suitable solvent such as xylene or
lacquer thinner. |
|

CAUTION: |

For professional use only.
Epoxy systems can cause delayed dermatitis. Avoid
