Gloss Clear

thoroughly, being sure to scrape the sides and bottom with
a strong mixing stick or a slow speed drill with a paint
propeller attachment. DO NOT mix more than can be applied
in 20 minutes. Apply mixed material with a notched
squeegee at 90 to 110 square feet per gallon. Back roll
with a short nap roller to level. Aggregate should be
broadcast to excess over freshly rolled quartz binder.
After curing, sweep un-adhered excess aggregate from the
surface. For higher build, repeat application of quartz
binder and
aggregate.
Seal Coat
To apply the topcoat of
Superior Gloss over the
Superior Top mortar overlay: stir
each component separately. Clear: Mix 2 volumes of part A
with one volume of part B. Pigmented: Mix 1 volume of part
A with 1 volume of part B. Mix thoroughly, being sure to
scrape the sides and bottom, with a strong mixing stick
or slow speed drill equipped with a paint propeller. DO
NOT mix more that can be applied in 30 minutes. As a
coating, apply mixed material by brush or roller. For best
results, two coats should be applied. Allow the first coat
to cure overnight. Apply the second coat within 24 hours.
If more time than 24 hours has elapsed, a light sanding of
the first coat is required. Superior Gloss can be placed
as thick as desired on horizontal surfaces without
affecting the
cure.
