DESCRIPTION:

SUPERIOR URETHANE TOP COAT is a two component, catalyzed aliphatic polyester polyurethane floor sealer with unparalleled resistance to abrasion, chemicals and impact. SUPERIOR URETHANE TOP COAT may be used indoors or out to provide a smooth glossy floor with the best protective properties available. They are ideal finishes over epoxy.

USES:

Coating for concrete, brick, metal and wood.

Used indoor and out.

Ideal for finishes over epoxy.

ADVANTAGES:

Chemical and weather resistant.

Excellent flexibility.

Resistant to abrasion.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Surface must be clean, sound, dry and free of all foreign materials such as oils, grease, loose paint, dust and laitance. This may be accomplished by sand blasting or scarifying, followed by an air blast to remove dust and debris from the application area. Prime the surface with the color-matched SUPERIOR EPOXY SEAL.

MIXING AND APPLICATION:

Mix two parts of part A with one part of part B by volume. CAUTION: Part B is moisture sensitive and should not be opened until used. Mix until a uniform color and streak-free. Apply only to primed substrate. Brush or roll using a medium nap roller at the rate of 300-400 square feet per gallon. This product may be sprayed using air or airless spray equipment.

LIMITATIONS:

Do NOT apply when temperature is below 50°F.

Do NOT apply to latex modified mortar or concrete.

CAUTION: Flammable

CLEAN UP:

Clean tools and equipment immediately with a suitable solvent such as xylene or lacquer thinner.

CAUTION:

For professional use only. Epoxy systems can cause delayed dermatitis. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. See Material Safety Data Sheet for proper handling and required safety equipment.
